Goo coming out of my knee?

So i went to the park to skate when all of a sudden i fell and scarped my knee , but it didnt hurt. when i got home i dabbed some achohol on it so it wont get infected and put a band aid on. The next day my knee was ok, but today i woke up with yellowish gooey stuff coming out of my knee when i toke a shower i cleaned it with soap and with twezzers i toke off the goo and put a fresh new band aid. Then a couple hours later i had goo coming out. Its not alot. My wound is about 1 inch diameter but in the inside theres a small opening (About 1 cm diameter)( its not really open its just pink) but on that "opening" the outside of it is where the goo comes from what should i do? also not to be werid but the goo feels like wet boogers but a lilttle more gooey
