Thinking about kicking a mom out of babysittiing co-op?

so I started ababysitting co-op, and only two moms showed up. One is amazing, but the other... I don't know. She talked about how she goes and does laundry, leaving her ten month old in his play pen, and joked about how she's lucky if he stays in there. The laundry room is three floors downstairs in the apartment block... she started feeding her baby solids at 3 weeks, and made a couple jabs about me still breastfeeding (my son is 10 months old) and her son was dirty... like he hadn't been bathed. Boogers all over his face. Her son was mauling the other ladies 7 month old, and didn't stop him when her son made the 7month old cry. Should I kick her out of the co-op, and just do it between myself and the mom of the 7 month old?
