Help having a problem with CP(clubpenguin) and found out it's their fault! What did others do?

Apperently on my computer, I went to clubpenguin.com and it was still the same screen. It's probably because you have a different computer than me. You can contact Club Penguin at club.penguin223@hotmail.com and tell them your problem.
