I think someone is flipping dry boogers on me, what should I do?

I work in a cubicle and there are three or four people who could be doing this. I never actually saw the boogers flying but I see them randomly appearing on my keyboard, in my hair, on my hands, etc. I don't know what to do but it's really annoying.
