Am I getting a sinus infection?

Thats exactly how I feel! I went to the doctors yesterday and she said that I didn't have strep BUT idk cuz I've had a sore throat for awhile and all of the sudden here comes the snot train and I'm all congested and I'm stuck on whether I should take Sudifed or Claritin or Zyrtec?!
