Can I obtain a passport from country of origin if I am stated as a refugee in the UK?

I am an Iraqi national and have a British travel document(Blue) and obviously a limited leave to remain. If I managed to get an Iraqi passport some how will I be able to have a sticker permit residence on the Iraqi passport by the Home Office?
