Excessive vaginal discharge?? Is this a problem?

So I've always had a discharge even before I started my period about 3 or 4 years ago I'm 16 and sometimes it's just really runny and wet other times it's really stringy and googy and now recently in the past 3 maybe 4 months it get sticky for a short while it's almost like boogers or snot. It clear or clear White sometimes brown if it's after my period it. Sometimes it's really like Niagra falls lol and one those days it sometimes smells. Not a bad or strong smell just like a very light weird scent. I'm pretty sure it's a normal thing and a normal pattern. But I just wanted some verifacation.
