HELP! Are my dermal hip piercings rejecting or am I just being paranoid?

I got my hip pierced about a week ago, three points on one side. They were perfectly fine up until about 4 days ago when my top piercing started to get a little red and swollen. I have been cleaning them all with an antibacterial soap and doing warm salt water soaks everyday. Sense it started acting up I have been looking up whats normal and whats not and also things that would help. They say chamomile tea soaks helps blood flow to the area and will help in healing so I did that twice today before I do my salt water soaks. The area has gotten redder and more tender and it leaked a bit of clear fluid and bled for awhile. Is this normal? PLEASE help. And idc if you think their gross just keep those comments to yourself please. I just need advice.
