Is my dog in labor or what?

My dog is 62-64 days pregnant and is laying on her side in her whelping box, She is very calm and not panting but has been trying to poop outside a lot with little to no success, her temp has been 99.2 for the last week but now it is 100.2-100.5 just today, There was some stringy like boogers mucous clear and kinda white coming out of her vulva is this description the early stages of labor... Oh and she don't really want to leave her Whelping Box and want me to pet her constantly...??
