REALLY REALLY damaged hair..?

So for the last 3 years I have straightened my hair, got a perm and Saturday I got another perm (which hasn't worked because of the damage to my hair:/) I dye my hair once every 3 weeks for the last year pretty much :/ I'm only 14 and it's so bad! The perm has killed it and its not even worked, it's just frizzy :( idc about that, I just want my hair to not feel like hay.. Can anyone help ? Thankyou
