What is the best way to get rid of mucus?

When I go to schol I notice that I have a lot of dry mucus (boogers) in my nose and its pretty gross? I do blow my nose but it just makes note boogers hang from my nose. I have dried Robaruson but it only works with wet sniffly mucus. So any tips? (WITHOUGHT telling me to pick my nose,lol)
