Why is my best friend doing this?

So before i asked why she ate grass.... but now, shes onto something new. she feeds her dog his own hair. I dont know why she does it and im really worried about the dog. are there any risks. im also really worrried about her. one secong, i turn my back ,and then i look at her. and i see her eating her boogers. that is absolutley disgusting. im not even kidding. should i say something?? help!!
