Can lexapro do this to me?

so i started lexapro almost 3 weeks ago and i have noticed my nose being really stuffy. i know this is gross but i get alot of hard boogers and lots of gross stuff coming out of my nose. i even have had a few bloody moments from blowing my nose so hard to get the hard stuff out. i dont have a cold. not sick at all. has anyone else had this and does it go away or should i go to dr.
