Lump and Bright red inside nose?

Since yesterday my nose hurt when i pressed my nostrils and today i checked inside my nose to check if i had any boogers since i was picking my nose and than i noticed on my left nostril a lump on the left side of the wall and bright red on the right side of the wall of my left nostril. What could it be and should i go get it checked out? it doesn't hurt by the way only when i press my nostril.
