How to access program that i have been locked from ?

My brother is soo mean and we share a laptop and he is the administrator and he has taken permission from me on the laptop to play sims 3 and when i clickk it it says " The item referred to by this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have the appropriate Permission" .What can i do to take this off idc what i need to do he is ridiculous . and the laptop i believe has windows 7
