Info on Korea National University of Arts?

Lately, I've been thinking about going to K-Arts and taking a course in Visual Arts. The problem is I don't speak Korean. The college provided a website in English as well, so would going there be okay for an English speaker? If knowing Korean is required there can you please provide a good website to learn it? I do know VERY LITTLE Korean since I'm a huge fan of Kpop and Kdramas. Just basic stuff like "Oppa", "Hyung", "Kamsamnidah".
